All orders are shipped by Australia Post, standard or express option.

Packaging

Our cacao products are carefully packed in box bottom coffee bags and special zip called “rippa zippa” or reusable cyliders and then dispatched in cardboard boxes.

Delivery  time

Delivery charges are additional to the price of the product and are calculated automatically once you have specified your total online order prior to checking out. As we strive to keep costs reasonable for our customers, we do not charge any additional handling fees.

Dispatch

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours from receiving payment. We will endeavour to keep our site up to date with current stock, however, should there be an issue with your order you will be contacted promptly.
